Congratulations! You've just purchased a Playwave Happy Holiday Pack. 

Here's how you can start redeeming your tickets, or pass on your Playwave gift to the lucky young person in your life:

1. Have you treated yo-self? 
If you purchased the Happy Holiday Pack for yourself and were logged in to your account, the tickets will automatically be added to your Playwave membership. Please note that this offer can take up to 24 hours to appear. 

2. Did you give the gift of Playwave?
If you purchased a Happy Holiday Pack for someone else and included their name and email address in the comments section at checkout, they will automatically receive an invitation to sign up to Playwave (or log into their account), where the offer will be applied to their Playwave membership. Please note that this offer can take up to 24 hours to appear. 

3. You receive your Playwave Holiday Gift Pack!
A Playwave Holiday Gift Pack including our silly season merch to enjoy straight away, or put under the tree for someone special to open will be delivered to your billing address. Please note that shipping and delivery may take up to 10 working days.

I've got my Happy Holiday Pack, but how do I claim tickets? 

Once you have your ticket offer set up on your account, log in to your account on Playwave and head to the home screen. This little guy will start to wiggle away: 

Click on the wiggly guy to view the number of tickets you have on offer. 

To redeem a ticket, simply:

  • Add it to your cart
  • Click on the wiggly Playwave emoji
  • And click 'Claim' at Checkout

(Only applies to 1 ticket per order. This offer expires on 31 December 2019.)
