Letters To John
Ever fallen in like with someone you find offensive?
Using spoken word, storytelling, noughties pop, and her most grown-up undergrad lecturer voice, Tasnim Hossain looks at what it means to be young, and very, very stupid. Letters to John explores the relationship between two young people as they navigate their blossoming friendship through mental illness, Men’s Rights Activism, racial politics, and arguments over trashy songs. The performance will leave you wanting to burn your Lana Del Rey records and Facebook message the object of your adolescent affection.
