Spider In My Soup
Spiders are our futures selves dropping in to check on us.
This event has now passed.
Whenever there’s a huntsman in the house, apparently it’s future you dropping in on your past self. Future us, coming back to relive a good memory. I heard that somewhere once. Maybe I dreamt it?
Spider In My Soup is an intimate sensory experience exploring memory, friendship, and whether moments can ever be recreated. Our spiders are always watching. But what if they’re dropping in on us to try and change a past decision, something they wish they did differently, and we’re too stubborn to listen?
Enter a dreamscape of performance and live music in the Gallery, questioning how we remember, why we forget and what changes over time.
