Girls Talk Women’s Work is an event where CPAC’s celebration of International Women’s Day sees them hosting a comprehensive day of empowering discussion and professional advocacy by leading industry figures.

Making Music Matter is a festival like celebratory event held at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre as a joyous celebration of women’s contribution to music. Girl Zone, a squad of five energetic and confident young women from Fitzroy will play a concert while Western Sydney all girl poetry collective The Freedom Writers will perform two poems; Lost Tongues and Too Much Woman.

In addition, Sydney based label NECTAR and team behind will run a masterclass to support and promote developing DJs and live electronic artists from marginalised communities across Sydney.
