Created in collaboration with young people from Canterbury and Bankstown who have experienced homelessness and or substance dependence, To Be Honest is an incredible Australian piece of verbatim theatre that shines a light on untold stories of cultural displacement, domestic violence, cycles of crime and the challenges of growing up without support. Featuring original rap and melodic songs performed with a live band, this engaging work is guaranteed to strike a chord with you, giving insight into the challenges many young people experience and ultimately the hope that exists in us all.
