Electronic Music Conference 2018
EMC begins an electrifying new era at the Dr Chau Chak Wing Building, UTS Ultimo.
This event has now passed.
This state of the art, multi space venue is the new home for EMC’s epic lineup of speakers and a conference program you won’t want to miss.
The EMC ACADEMY program is dedicated to attendees that are students or artists, in the early stages of their careers, or simply considering a career in electronic music. EMC ACADEMY tickets give access to the EMC STUDIO, Tech & Digital, Artists & Managers and Events & Touring breakout streams.
The 2018 EMC STUDIO is focussed on the creation of music with two-days of production and songwriting workshops and masterclasses hosted by inspiring producers, songwriters and engineers. Housed in one of UTS’ brilliant 360 engagement spaces, each EMC STUDIO session is presented “in the round” with state of the art AV screens surrounding the room, giving every ACADEMY attendee a close up view of the all EMC STUDIO sessions.
The Playwave ticket includes an EMC ACADEMY PASS (2 day pass) - access to all sessions minus those in the keynote theatre.
